LAUNCH DAY for PENITENT’S GOLD!

Good morning, friends and fiends! Today is launch day for TERRACE V: PENITENT’S GOLD, wherein you’ll find my latest short story, “The Envoy’s Blessing!”

For those of you who preordered the ebook, it may already be on your device! And I know a few folks who preordered the paperback have already received (and read) their copies. On behalf of the folks at The Seventh Terrace, who have been a treat to work with on this project, thank you!

This marks my first piece of fiction to see release since PRAIRIE GOTHIC dropped in late 2020. It’s not that I haven’t been writing, but between becoming a father and working on-site through the worst of the pandemic and going back to school, my writing time has been in short supply over these last few years. I’ve finished a few other short stories which are out there in various submission trenches, and I am still plugging away on my second novel.

In the meantime, it feels great to have this one out in the world. I’m pretty darn proud of this story, and I sure do hope you’ll like it.
